Allison is a sophomore at WCU studying Integrated Health Science. Her current project is to collect head impact data from the WCU Women’s soccer team and determine the cognitive effects of these impacts. Prior to this she investigated different types of stents used to keep a lumen open. The most common application for stents in in blood vessels, in particular within the heart (cardiac stents).
